Dr Jan Mojsa

Jan Mojsa is an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist and supervisor working from an Integrative Transpersonal perspective. She is also a Buddhist Chaplain and offers Mindfulness Meditation Courses.

Psychotherapy creates a safe space in which to explore our lives. The quality of the psychotherapy relationship is important - we are often wounded in relationship and therefore, I believe, there exists an opportunity to heal through relationship.
Therapeutic help is about being given AND taking space to explore not only the problems and difficulties that life inevitably throws into the ring but also a space for creativity and soulful journeying.
Some of our 'blocks' can be traced to childhood difficulties; others through the challenge of life transitions. Nowadays I work with most issues. After almost 3 decades of sitting with people and engaging in numerous additional trainings, I find myself simply committed to being with the stuff that we experience as members of the human race - trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss of direction in life, bereavement and loss, blocks to creativity etc. For fuller details of my practice do visit my website or call me on 07940 937267. You can also email me at [email protected]

Caroline Page

Caroline is a UKCP registered psychotherapist who has worked as a Humanistic and integrative psychotherapist for over 20 years. She trained at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. She offers both long term open ended Psychotherapy/ counselling or shorter term more focused work depending on what is needed. She works with all adults but can also work with older teenagers face to face and also online.
Caroline offers supervision for counselling or Psychotherapy graduates .
Her approach is primarily integrative and holistic though she also has knowledge of CBT techniques and style.

She has spent over 40 years within the NHS working mainly with families and individuals offering support with issues such as loss, abandonment, difficult relationships, destructive patterns of behaviour and poor even abusive attachments with other family members, all of which can result in us feeling isolated , despaired and lonely.

Finally she has a keen interest in understanding how we might support our bodies in a more accepting and compassionate way thereby allowing for us to feel more connected and ultimately grounded in the present moment and day to day life.

Please feel free to contact me via e mail preferably at [email protected] or I can be reached on 07510415535 where you can leave a message and I will get back to you when I am able.
I am very happy to answer any further queries you may have.
